Event Tickets: Ticket cancellations and refunds are subject to the event organizer’s policies. Please review these policies before booking. For cancellations or refunds, contact us or the event organizer as instructed on your ticket confirmation.
4. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In: Check-in time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Check-Out: Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Conduct: Guests must behave in a manner that does not disrupt the peace and enjoyment of other guests. We reserve the right to ask disruptive or harmful guests to leave the premises.
Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to the hostel’s property or facilities caused during their stay. Charges for repairs or replacements will be billed to the guest.
6. Liability
Limitation of Liability: Seconds Colombo and Backpack Forty Four (Pvt) Ltd are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website, except as required by law.
Lost or Stolen Items: We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings during your stay or while attending events.
7. Changes to Bookings
Modification Requests: Requests to modify bookings, including changes to dates or room types, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Contact us directly to request modifications.
