Love-filled Butter Chicken

The country might be going down a dark abyss with the economic and fuel crises that led to hours on end of power cut. But guess what? Where there is darkness, there’s light. Our community set up candle lights, got together as an international family and enjoy a home cooked meal under the moonlight. We feel beyond lucky that our beloved Punjabi guests got together to cook a delicious authentic butter chicken meal for everyone without expecting anything but their smile and satisfied tummy in return.
